The Bexar Chapter Competition will take place on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at St. Mary’s University.


On Saturday, February 10, 2018, middle school students from San Antonio and the surrounding area will have the opportunity to compete against and alongside other bright, motivated students in a head-to-head "bee-style" contest. The competition consists of the Sprint Round, Target Round, and Team Round. The top students then compete head-to-head in the family feud style Countdown Round.



The Bexar Chapter MATHCOUNTS team is seeking volunteers to help proctor and grade the exams. Please note, advanced math skills are not required to volunteer however volunteers must be 16 years of age or older. Volunteers are needed from 8:15 am until 3:00 pm.


Due to conflicts of interest real or perceived, family members of current Mathletes® are not allowed in the testing or grading rooms during the written competition. If you are a family member, please let us know so we can find other tasks for you.


Lunch will be provided and volunteers are invited to stay for the guest speaker and fast paced Countdown Round.
